Grew up on the S side of Chi...(kinda different), beautiful views here. Comments are great! Definitely not Streetervile. OK right next to navy pier I saw the complex called Lake Point Towers. Years ago they had a showing of some of their units, and I fell completely in love with the rise. Haven't done it yet...it's 3.2M but great to know that at that price it is a value compared to NY/LA

I can't be sold on the pool beside the highway. Speeding traffic and noise - it's just not conducive to lounging on a sunny day. The gym has great equipment but needs windows. That was a major design mistake. Nice apartments though.

The house is beautiful however Chicago doesn't have many properties with Pools, I don't play basketball. Looks like I'm looking in the wrong City.

I’d totally add more color/decorate it to be more woodsy, BUT this is beautiful! That sun room is absolutely amazing! It’s like a nice brunch spot in the comfort of your own home lol love, love, love! And love that it has a fenced in yard. So nice!

I absolutely cannot imagine paying $3M (or honestly, even $100k) to buy an apartment, especially in a city like Chicago (AKA, if you rented it out, your protections suck in Cook Co/Illinois). It’s beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but $3M to not even have a private yard and having to live with shared walls. No thank you. If I had $3M to invest in a home, I’d buy decent size HOUSE with a lot of land in a rural or subrural area 🙂

It is a beautifully designed home. Only critique I can give is it feels a little cold with all the black. Ok it looks stunning but I’m not sure I could live there. And then to go from the stunning black interiors to the stark white walls it seems like they just forgot to design those rooms? At least they could have been a shade of grey or something to converse with the black interiors. Anyway I’m being very critical for what is otherwise an amazing property
